  When I began forming my team of great business builders on a local basis I informed those considering the possibility that I was looking for a certain type of person and I actually only offered it to those who fit the criteria below. You dont want someone on your business building team who may be a drain of your energy and resources. I approached those whom I knew personally who had at least two of these characteristics and offered the building businesses online opportunity:
1- DESIRE: You have a strong desire to start a business, with plans to go fulltime.
2- RESPECT: What Ive seen, heard, or read about you has boosted my respect for you.
3- INTEREST: You have expressly shown an interest in learning and growing.
4- ATTITUDE: You have a great attitude towards life and work and you would do well in this endeavor and probably any other with a little direction.
5- TEACHABLE: Great business builders are eager to learn.
(Interestingly, when someone has two of these characteristics, they have all four!)

Bottom line is these folks already exhibited winner qualities and were currently in professional and successful positions. It didnt really matter whether all, one or none of these leaders took me up on the offer. My plan was to build great business builders from the stock of great business builders and I was simply offering the opportunity to those whom I knew personally before going to the rest of the world by online marketing. Building Businesses Online is an opportunity that is not appropriate for everyone. Since direct marketing is quite different from multi level marketing the quantity of the team is much less important than the quality of the team members.

Decisive Marketing

Great business builders show their hand because they are decisive and focus quickly on what needs to be done to start building businesses online. The formula for growing great business builders is providing them with these tools:
A- An automated marketing system to promote the product or service.
B- A team working together so each team member can focus on her core strengths.
C- A solid product or service with significant profit levels so you can market aggressively.

Finding great business builders online is the quickest way to build your business. If you want to start with a local team great! That makes it more fun. The strategy, though, for building businesses online must be based on a long term growth plan - something much larger-an online plan so that those with the qualities youve deemed important will find you.

Building businesses online with others who are like yourself is the next big job for you to embrace. Building your own strategy is an essential first step as you seek to build your business online.
